It comes with 8 Gb of memory which is great for faster and smoother running of multiple applications at the same time. The storage space is of 1 TB(HDD) so you won’t have to buy an external hard disk.

The screen size is 15.6 inches with FHD display with a maximum resolution of 1920 x1080 which is excellent for entertainment. The graphics card is AMD Radeon 520 that has 2 Gb DDR3 memory and can run most of the graphics intensive games at optimal settings.

The disappointment is with the processor as its powered by an Intel i3 (6^th gen) processor with processing speed of up to 2GHz which is quite slow in contrast with all the other specs of this laptop. However,  it is still a good laptop primarily for gaming.

The memory is a bit on the low side with 4 Gb which is decent enough for regular use but doesn’t let you utilise the full potential of the laptop’s powerful processor.

This is an AMD powered laptop with AMD A9-9420 processor. It is a mighty processor with a basic processing speed of 3 GHz, but that can be overclocked to up to 3.6 GHz right from the BIOS menu. The performance is at par with Intel i5 7^th Gen processor.

It comes to 4 Gb DDR4 and 1 Tb of storage which is standard with all the laptops in this price range. It has a dedicated graphics card in the form of AMD R5 M330 which is not very significant for intense gaming.

The display is of 15.6 inches and delivers exceptional quality. The sound quality and battery life are better in comparison to other laptops.

The over-heating problem which is usually associated with AMD devices and acts as a deterrent to most buyers doesn’t seem to be present in this Laptop. Even while continuous gaming, the core temperatures stay low to medium and the fan sound is minimal.

5. Asus Vivobook X541Ua-Dm1232D

Asus vivobook is equipped with the powerful 7^th generation Intel i3 with speed up to 2.4 GHz. The memory is of 4Gb to run all the multitasking operations very smoothly and has a storage of 1Tb HDD.

The 15.6-inch FHD screen delivers a very bright display but consumes much power which has a significant impact on the battery life. It comes with an integrated Intel HD graphics which is enough for video playback but can’t run any of the graphics intensive games.

Vivobook is bulky than the other laptops in this list but still very portable thanks to its ergonomic design. The colour combination of the laptop body is very trendy and much better than the all-black colour of usual laptops.

However, the unique thing is that the memory can be expanded up to 16 GB as it comes with two slots for RAM. The storage space is of 1Tb and comes with an optical and SDHC drive for CD’s, DVD ’s etc.  There is no dedicated graphics card, but the Integrated Intel HD graphics is sufficient for daily use.

The screen size is 15.6 inch, and the resolution is limited to 1366 x 768 pixel. It comes with DOS so purchasing windows disc would be an additional cost. There are three USB 3.0 ports and only one USB 2.0 port on this device.

Since the company is new to the Indian market, it’s better to check out if Fujitsu’s service centre is there in your city before you decide to buy this laptop.

8. Micromax Alpha LI351568W

Yes, Micromax makes it to the list! This is the only variant launched in the Indian market yet from the Micromax Alpha series of laptops.

It is powered by Intel i3(5^th Gen) and an exciting 6 Gb memory. The combination of the sufficient memory and processor speed makes it possible to run even the most demanding graphics designing software with ease on this machine. It comes with Pre-installed Windows 10, drivers and Microsoft Office.

The screen size is 15.6 inch, but the display performance in regards to colour and contrast is below par. Another drawback is that the storage is only 500 Gb. If your budget is limited or you use multiple laptops, then this device is a great option.

9. Dell Vostro 3468

Dell Vostro comes with an Intel i3 7^th generation processor with a maximum speed of 2.4 GHz. The memory is limited to 4Gb, and the storage is of 1Tb. It comes preloaded with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office program. The battery life is excellent considering its low weight which makes it very portable. Other features include Finger Print locking, HDMI port, and USB 3.0 ports.

The screen size is of 14 inches, so it’s easy to carry but not great for Media Playback.  It doesn’t have a dedicated graphics card and the integrated graphics only slow down the normal functioning. One of the benefits is that the device comes with one year of accidental damage policy from dell which is good to have for any mishaps.  Its sturdy device and a good fit for professionals & students.

10. Lenovo Ideapad 320-15AST

This model of Lenovo Ideapad is powered AMD E2 9000 processor. The processing speed is 1.8 GHz which is quite low if you want to run multiple applications simultaneously. The memory is of 4Gb but can be expanded up to 8 Gb using the additional slot. The graphics are run on AMD Radeon 520 graphic card which isn’t designed for intense gaming but can still run all the graphic designing applications smoothly.

It comes with 1 Tb of SATA storage and pre-loaded Microsoft Windows 10. The Display is of 15.6 inches but is a little dull in quality. Considering the price, it offers more of an essential solution for daily laptop use.
